Maternity and Infant Care at Carrick Medical Centre

We are registered to provide Antenatal Care (before pregnancy) and Postnatal Care (after pregnancy) to mothers and their newborn children, through the National Maternity and Infant Care Scheme.

We provide these services to registered patients via a combined care system with a hospital based Consultant Obstetrician.
Registration with a doctor for a new pregnancy should ideally happen in the first 12 weeks of the pregnancy.
